Dear AGU Students, 

The final results for the Erasmus program have been announced.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ERASMUS MOBILITY 

Traineeship Mobility 

  • Students selected as main or reserve candidates for traineeship mobility must submit their acceptance letters to their Erasmus Departmental Coordinator via e-mail no later than April 17, 2026, at 17:30. 

Study Mobility 

  • Main candidates (with or without grant) and reserve candidates (zero-grant) who wish to participate in the mobility must contact their Erasmus Departmental Coordinator by March 27, 2026. 

  • The institution for which the student wishes to be nominated must be communicated to our office by the Erasmus Departmental Coordinator via e-mail within the specified deadline. 

Important Notes 

  • Main candidates may participate in the mobility with or without a grant, while reserve candidates may participate without a grant. 

  • If a main candidate withdraws or is unable to participate, reserve candidates may receive funding based on the ranking order in the general list (not departmental) before the mobility begins or during the mobility if they initially started as zero-grant participants. 

  • The deadline for objections to the final results is March 9, 2026, at 17:30. objections must be submitted via e-mail to erasmus@agu.edu.tr by the specified deadline. 
    o (The objection period for the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam has expired; only objections regarding the Erasmus final results can be submitted.) 

  • Main candidates may withdraw from their mobility rights until March 27, 2026 for Study Mobility and until April 17, 2026 for Traineeship Mobility. Candidates who fail to submit (via e-mail) a withdrawal petition by these dates and do not participate in the mobility will receive a penalty deduction in their next Erasmus application, in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus Handbook.
