AGU International Staff Week
Abdullah Gül University (AGU) has been organizing International Staff Week (ISW) regularly since 2022, bringing together university staff, international partners, and experts to share knowledge, explore internationalization strategies, and build global collaborations. (The event could not be held in 2023 due to the devastating earthquake in Türkiye.)
International Staff Week is a unique opportunity for participants to connect, learn, and experience international higher education practices first-hand.

1. First Staff Week (23–27 May 2022)

2. Second Staff Week – 1st International Staff Training Week (20–24 May 2024)
Hosted with ERASMUSTERN Consortium Partners, this program brought together staff from:
Erciyes University, Nuh Naci Yazgan University, Sabancı University, Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Sivas Bilim ve Teknoloji University, Kayseri Chamber of Commerce, Kayseri Chamber of Industry, and the University-Industry Cooperation Foundation.

- Youth employment and inclusion
- Climate change and sustainability
- Erasmus placement mobilities
- International partnerships and networking
- Best practice sharing

- AGU cannot provide accommodation, but the AGU Erasmus Office will support participants with guidance on possible options
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses
- Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided throughout the program
