Notes for Erasmus Internship Mobility:

The deadline for objections to the final results is April 22, 2024 at 17:00. Please send your objections by e-mail to erasmus@agu.edu.tr by the deadline. (The objection period for Language Proficiency Exam has expired.)
Main candidates(asil) who have been selected for the internship mobility have 3 weeks to submit their acceptance letter and declaration of participation. You must send your acceptance letter and declaration of participation to your Erasmus Department Coordinator by e-mail until May 10, 2024 at 17:00 at the latest. ( erasmus@agu.edu.tr should be cc’ed to the e-mail to be sent to the department coordinator.)
Candidates selected as a substitute(yedek) for internship mobility must also send their acceptance letters and declaration of participation petitions to the Erasmus Department Coordinator by e-mail until May 10, 2024 at 17:00 at the latest. ( erasmus@agu.edu.tr should be cc’ed to the e-mail to be sent to the department coordinator.)

Students who do not waive their rights and cannot submit an acceptance letter within 3 weeks despite being selected as a main candidate for mobility will be given minus points in their next application in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus Handbook.
Main(Asil) candidates who wish to waive their rights should send their waiver petitions to the Erasmus Office(erasmus@agu.edu.tr) by e-mail until May 10, 2024 at 17:00 at the latest.

Main(asil) and substitute(yedek) candidates who have been selected for the study mobility will have 1 week to submit their declaration of participation for the mobility. You should send your declaration of participation petition to your Erasmus Department Coordinator by e-mail until April 26, 2024 at 17:00 at the latest. ( erasmus@agu.edu.tr should be cc’ed to the e-mail to be sent to the department coordinator.)
In order to make the quota usage more effective, 1 main(asil) and 2 substitute(yedek) candidates from each department/institute will be nominated to the host institutions.

Students who are selected as a main candidate for mobility but do not waive their rights within 1 week and cannot participate in the mobility without an excuse will be given minus points in their next application in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus Handbook.
