On the 6th of August, the International Office of Abdullah Gül University (AGU) organized an orientation meeting with student volunteers who will support full-time international students as well as those coming through Erasmus+ and other exchange programs in the upcoming semester.
During the meeting, the volunteers were informed about key updates and important procedures related to the registration, accommodation, residence permit, and integration processes of the international students who will arrive at AGU for the Fall semester.
These volunteers will assist incoming students with various matters to help them adapt more easily to academic life at AGU and social life in Kayseri.
The meeting aimed to promote cultural exchange between students and to contribute to building a more inclusive and welcoming environment for international members of the AGU community.
