FINAL TEACHING STAFF MOBILITY RESULTS FOLLOWING APPEALS

Dear AGU Members,

The appeal period for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching applications has been completed, and the evaluation results have been finalized.

Following the review of the objections submitted during the appeal period, the final results have been approved by the Erasmus Commission of Abdullah Gül University in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Erasmus+ Programme.

The Final Teaching Staff Mobility Results Following Appeals are announced below.

Selected (Main) Candidates: Candidates who have been awarded an Erasmus grant and are entitled to participate in the mobility programme.

Reserve Candidates: Candidates who may be offered a grant if selected candidates withdraw or fail to complete the required procedures within the specified deadlines.

Important Reminders:

• Selected candidates must submit their acceptance letters to the Erasmus Office no later than 20 August 2026, 17:30.
• If the acceptance letter is not submitted by the specified deadline, the candidate's right to participate will be transferred to the next eligible candidate on the reserve list.
• To initiate and complete the mobility process, selected candidates must carefully review the documents listed under the Requirements section at https://erasmus-en.agu.edu.tr/erasmus-for-staff and complete all required procedures within the specified deadlines.
