Dear AGU Members,
The Call for Teaching is now published.
All academic and administrative staff members who wish to participate in Staff Mobility for Teaching must submit their applications through the online portal at https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr. Applications will be accepted between 22 June 2026, 08:30 and 10 July 2026, 17:30.
IMPORTANT:

All the academic staff who wish to take part in this mobility program can apply without an acceptance letter. If you are selected as eligible; you must submit your acceptance letter to the Erasmus Office until the date to be determined by the Erasmus Commission. Otherwise, You will loose the right to participate in Erasmus mobility. Instead, the substitutes will get the chance to submit the acceptance letter.

The academic staff who receive the acceptance letter must take into account the Commission's decision-making process and take the mobility start date to begin on a date after Commission's decision.

For teaching mobility, bilateral agreement is required. Please click here for the list of our bilateral agreements.

You can only apply for one of the Mobility Calls for Staff Teaching and Staff Training.NOTE: In case of dual applications, the prioritized application via TurnaPortal will be accepted.
