Dear AGU Members,
The results of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility applications, which were open between June 23, 2025, and June 27, 2025, have been announced.
Applications have been evaluated by the Abdullah Gül University Erasmus Commission in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Erasmus+ Programme. The evaluation results are published below.
- Main List Candidates: Applicants who have been granted the right to participate in the mobility with Erasmus funding.
- Reserve List Candidates: Applicants who may benefit from Erasmus funding if any of the main list candidates withdraw or fail to submit the required documents on time.

Important Reminders:
- objections regarding the evaluation results and withdrawals can be submitted until July 3, 2025 via email to erasmus@agu.edu.tr.
- Main list candidates must inform our office whether they wish to participate in the mobility by July 3, 2025, at 17:00.
- Main list candidates are required to submit their acceptance letters to the Erasmus Office no later than July 7, 2025, at 17:30.
As the project end date is July 31, 2025, we kindly request that you plan your mobility to start as early as possible and no later than the last week of July. This planning is valid only if you submit your acceptance letter by July 7, 2025.
If the acceptance letter is not submitted by the specified date, the right to participate will be transferred to candidates on the reserve list in order.
Information on the Process for Selected Candidates
Once you obtain your acceptance letter and the Staff Mobility Agreement, you must submit a petition to us to initiate the assignment process.
The next steps after document submission are as follows:
- Your mobility and, if applicable, gray passport request will be submitted to the Executive Board for approval.
- After the Executive Board’s approval, your file will be forwarded to the Personnel Department for Rectorate Approval.
- Once you receive Rectorate Approval, if you have requested a gray passport, you can directly proceed with the Personnel Department.

- Grant Agreement (Prepared by our office and must be signed by both parties before the mobility starts)
- Bank Receipt (Must be submitted after the grant is transferred to your account)

- Certificate of Attendance
- Travel Documents (Boarding passes, passport entry/exit stamps)
- Beneficiary Module Survey (Will be sent to you via email through the system after the mobility)
