Dear AGU Students,
Online Applications for the Exchange & Erasmus programs for the 2023-2024 academic year will be available during 03 April – 12 April 2023 on https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr . You may fill the application form via portal system.
Firstly, please read the annoucement was made on AGU Erasmus web page and https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/giriscarefully before you start application process.
And, during the application, please read the English explanations given by question mark.

Important: For some students their CGPA is not updated on https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr. We would like you to follow the steps shown belown in order to edit your CGPA on the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You are not required to upload your Transc
ERASMUS APPLICATION GUIDE
Step 1: Enter into https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/giris and click “E-Devlet İle Giriş Yap”
Step 2: Click “Profil” and check “Eğitim Bilgileri”. If the information given by the system is correct, you can initiate your application. If the CGPA is not updated, please click the edit symbol and change your CGPA with the updated one which appears on UIS Sytem.
Step 3: After the edit, you have to wait for the confirmation. If the edit is confirmed, you can see it on “Onaylanan Eğitimler”. If not confirmed yet, you can see it on “Onay Bekleyen Eğitimler”.
Step 4: If your edit is confirmed by Erasmus Office, you can complete the application.
Step 5: Please fill the application form very carefully, and upload only the relevant documents when necessary.
