The Call for Staff Training Mobility

Dear AGU Members, 

The Call for Training is now published.

The application will be open from 22 March 2023 to 31 March 2023. All the academic and administrative staff who wish to take part in the Staff Training Mobility must apply through the online portal at https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr. 

IMPORTANT: 

·      All the academic and administrative staff who wish to take part in this mobility program can apply without an acceptance letter. If you are selected as eligible; you must submit your acceptance letter to the Erasmus Office until the date to be determined by the Erasmus Commission. Otherwise, you will loose the right to participate in Erasmus mobility. And, the substitutes will get the chance to submit the acceptance letter.  

·      Staff who receive a letter of acceptance must receive their acceptance starting after the Commission's decision date.

·      Training Staff Mobility must be completed by 31 May 2023, which is the project completion date.
